Birth work, for me is activism. It is community care. It is facilitating reproductive justice for all. My own birthing experiences birthed newness in me, transformed my humanity and informed the way in which I practice in this space.
My core values are inclusivity, anti-racism and cultural sensitivity. Meaning, I welcome all people, all identities, all abilities, and all relational configurations. I intentionally practice within that framework of support and am committed to continued learning and unlearning, acknowledging my biases and working towards transformative justice in action.
Full spectrum care for me is expansive in its range; This means I support all outcomes and all reproductive choices, including but not limited to both spontaneous and elective loss. Your journey is your own and I will be there to walk alongside you.
I provide non-judgmental care to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will feel empowered to make informed decisions in an environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard.
I am a mother to four, grandmother to one, wannabe word smith, sometimes runner, a seeker with insatiable curiosity, voracious reader, disruptor, star gazer, wanderer, and an emphatic fan of the kitchen dance party!
When we work together, I hope you consider me a companion throughout your journey; Holding space and bearing witness with curiosity and love… so much love.

Pregnancy
Relational care and support centered around education and introspection. In our time together we’ll prepare for the twists and turns of labor and birth, in hopes of answering the question, what do we do when we don’t know what to do.
Birth
On call and ready when baby day arrives. I will meet you at home or your birthing location for in-person support that extends beyond baby’s arrival earth side and into the immediate postpartum experience.
Postpartum
Love and support for both parents and baby. Care is tailored to your needs during this transformative time. You can be certain that you and yours will be held with tenderness and gentle care.
